Dir. Robert Samuels, 2003

A short film in which a man discovers that the world around him is not quite what it seems. It was shot on 35mm

I was responsible for the VFX on two scenes. These were:
(a) the Riverside sequence
(b) the Warehouse sequence.

The Warehouse scene is particularly complex, featuring an actor breaking apart and dissolving into text. Compositing and paint was done using a combination of After Effects and Combustion, with the majority of the text elements and animation generated in Lightwave.

The film is currently hosted on TriggerStreet.com (it's in "Season 2, 2nd Festival"). And don't forget to vote for it if you like it - it's up in competition :)
